Kevin on the way to the airport: “Has it hit you yet that you’re are leaving Perth?”

To be honest, I was so sleepy and smashed, coupjed with anxiety and anticipation, well I was one big ball of emotion to be honest, I thought it be the moment I checked in my bags, or when I went through customs, but it hit me when the plane was touching down the Changi tarmac and the chief stewardess announced, “Residents and Citizens of Singapore, a warm welcome back.”

And then it hit me … I was home.

Just a split second tingle up the spine. And yet, I feel there’s something incomplete…
