Updating ...

Now Playing: Nelly Ft Tim McGrath – Over abd Over Again

Hmm…. Haven’t written much of late, really nothing much to write about. It’s been the same ol’ routine week in week out up to now. Nothing really outta the ordinary, uni on the week, partying on the weekends…

FINALLY caught up with Sophia here in Perth with her flash whips, which is somewhat selfish… hehe … but what the heck … ;p

I’ve been having this hanging over me for quite awhile now and I guess I’m facing reality at this point, coming out of the cave of denial. That would be that I’ll be coming back to study for one more semester next semester.

One obvious reason would be that if I do summer back in Singapore is that I’d be on my own, no disabilities priviledges at all. And been hearing from Singaporeans also that MIS is one fucked up school, it isn’t a bonafied uni like Metro is in K.L. . There are also many other reason behind this, reasons that I dare not or can’t say at this moment. I can give another few dozen other excuses but I’d be honest to say that I’m freak’n terrified of having starting to work so soon if I did do summer. “One step at a time”, word from the wise os someone who’s gone through this ordeal.

Anyways, looking forward to going back to S’pore for the week off, not much of work hanging over me as I head back, still there would bits and pieces….

Before I end this, special mentions to afew ....

Ode

Now Playing: Marilyn manson – The Beautiful People

Went to church today wuth Dee Dee. And no I didn’t internally combust nor was I struck by bolts of lightning as well. Have ecided to go this Sunday earlier during the week already, It’s just one of those things that need not have any explaining, if I’m not being too corny or clichéd, I’ve been hurting for quite awhile, my souls’ dragged in various directions.

El, these sorta comtemporary are abit of a joke to me, no offense or disrespecting to any of my friends. And todays’ sermon came out to be somewhat of a twisted marketing lecture. Don’t get me wrong, most of the srmons that I have heard whenever I do feel the need to go to Church, it does hit a chord in me, but today’s one was somewhat manipulative, so on and so forth, And these places, the people that I come across are somewhat superficial, those shiny smiley shiney sorta… gawd. As Drawn Together’s {rincess Clara said, “I love Jesus like more than just a friend.”. What ever floats their boat baby. Anywho, the prayer was good though, powerful.

Don’t normally do this, but here’s a mention to the mad Scotsman, John Lucas Herald. Hold non, be strong mate, don’t give in. You’ll never know what life may give ya mate…..

ClClubbing

Now Playing: Red Hot Chili Peppers – Scar Tissue

Was at metropolis @ FreeO last night/this morning. Dare I say it, clubs in Singapore have a lot to learn, even from clubs here in Perth(shock! Gasp! Horror!), really Singapore clubsin my opinion are in the duldrums.

But anyways, Metropolis, it has another in Perth itself, but that’s notorious for being infeste with Vietnamese, weekly bouts amongst it patrons and where the usual international students would hangout, hate North Bridge in any case (The main clubbing belt in Perth).

The one in FreeO, it’s huge, It’s something like Xouk, with 2 or 3 rooms (not too sure, gets abit confusing after awhile). The smaller room plays the mambo jambo stuff but with far more better taste, no freak’n Bon Jovi’s “It’s My Life” (sheesh), And the mainflorr is huge, and the people here do know what a DANCEFLOOR is, and it’s not a square meter, it’s huge.

And most importantly, the music. Good shit. The deejays tend to cross between R&B, house, feng tao trance and quite abit of electro. Strange is that it seemed rather seemless when they crossed from dance music to R&B, which is good, not like someone changing tracks on a CD.

The crowd: A mish mash of partyers, yobos, drunks, poppers … the usual. But really, they really know how to have fun and the DeeJay Actually takes requests … no shit ….

Last Track before we left the club: Some trance track with Darude’s ‘Sandstorm’ thrown into it… me finks …

Funny incident: In all my times of clubbing, I somehow mange to pulled or slightly strained a groin muscle. I’ll live….

And if you’re going to FreeO, FREAK”N DRIVE … taxi’s and queues after clubbing’s abitch ….

Life's A Beach ....

Now Playing: Stereophonics - dakota

Ok, this thought is seriously coming from left field. It sorta popped into m brain wen I was looking through some pics from the other day at the beach and hence, this metaphor, which is really gonna sound cormy (building tis up isn't really goona help), lame and everything else. But I'm kinda bored and there's noting really to write thats need to be thrown into cyberspace....

Like the sun, life starts out being bright full of hopoe etc....

And through life, like the footprints in the sand, it's a long journey, with people that you may encounter along the way....

And just like a day would have it's ending, so does life itslef....

Ok..I told ya so... that came out lame and morbid, but what the hell.... it was sunny day, so photo to emphasize dark clouds that would mean the downers in life.. aren't you lucky??

Selamat malam ....
